Partnership: Chengdu Beiji
Why TakeFlyte is partnering with Chengdu Beiji Precision Machinery on marketing, content, and GTM ahead of DCAC Live — and what that says about how we work.
TakeFlyte is partnering with Chengdu Beiji Precision Machinery (Sunbird Manufacturing).
This is not a product launch post. It is a clear look at who they are, what we were hired to do, and why the engagement fits how TakeFlyte works: find the bottleneck, build the process around it, ship with a real deadline.
Who Beiji is
Beiji is an American-run precision manufacturer based in Chengdu, China.
They are bringing years of experience from aerospace and high-tolerance machining into the data-center space: same process discipline, new demand in AI, cooling hardware, and server racks. Production breadth can include other industries when the floor fits; data-center hardware is the near-term commercial focus.
Toolset under one roof includes:
- CNC machining including milling (4- and 5-axis)
- Swiss turning
- Wire EDM
- In-house laser plus MIG / TIG / Stick welding
- Turnkey assembly and kitting
- ISO 9001 certified, with AI-augmented and optimized QA/QC
They are not a commodity job shop trying on a new slogan. They are a precision floor applying existing depth to a market that needs server racks, fluid hardware, and real process, not slideware.

What TakeFlyte was hired for
Beiji hired TakeFlyte for marketing, content, and go-to-market as they expand name recognition and serious conversations ahead of DCAC Live in Austin (Aug 24–26).
In plain terms:
| We do | We do not | |-------|-----------| | Positioning, content, GTM systems | Manufacture parts | | Help the story and pipeline match the floor | Claim hyperscaler wins we have not earned | | Support a client entering a serious industry room | Pretend TakeFlyte is a machine shop |
John Pierre (founder) attends DCAC to support the client, make intros, and learn what buyers actually need from a shop and from the partners that work with them. Production leadership stays on the China side. That split is intentional.
Why this fits the TakeFlyte model
Our default line is operational: find the biggest time suck, build a custom digital process to kill it.
Go-to-market has time sucks too:
- Message that does not match what the floor can actually ship
- Content that never turns into meetings
- Event weeks with no capture, no follow-up, no owner
- “We’ll get known” without a process behind it
For Beiji, the near-term bottleneck is not “another brochure.” It is being findable and credible in the right rooms (data-center hardware, AI/cooling buildout) with a system for content, conversations, and handoffs into real RFQs and intros.
Same method as shop automation:
- Map the real constraint (attention + clarity before volume).
- Encode a process (message, content rhythm, event motion, paths to human).
- Ship against a deadline (DCAC Live), not a vague quarterly hope.
Physical product. Digital process. Same discipline.
What we will not claim
Honesty is part of the brand.
- No invented revenue, meeting counts, or ranking guarantees.
- No implying TakeFlyte machines parts or owns Beiji’s certifications.
- No “page one Google” theater.
- Manufacturing RFQs and capability deep-dives stay with Beiji’s team; marketing and GTM are our lane.
If you need parts conversations, that is Beiji. If you need the system that makes those conversations show up on purpose, that is the TakeFlyte slice.
What this means if you are an operator (any industry)
You do not need to be in manufacturing for the lesson to transfer.
- Custom process is not only scheduling software or a voice agent. Sometimes the time suck is how demand finds you and what happens after.
- Events and launches need a pipeline the same way a week needs a roster: rules, owners, next steps.
- Partners should say clearly what they own. Ambiguous “full service” is how work falls through.

For Beiji manufacturing conversations, contact their team directly (commercial / production channels they publish). Marketing and GTM for this engagement run through TakeFlyte.
You will walk away clear on the Beiji partnership, what TakeFlyte owns, and how GTM bottlenecks get the same custom-process treatment as floor chaos.
