Honest starting ranges. Custom when the process is real.

Free strategy call. Published “from” bands for local businesses — not bait numbers. Custom process automation is priced after we map the bottleneck, so you're not buying a box that doesn't fit.

Ray and John use the same published ranges. When a quote needs human scope, we say so and book the call.

Map the #1 time suck. Decide if custom work is real — or if an off-the-shelf tool is enough. No pitch deck theater.

  • Biggest bottleneck named out loud
  • Custom vs off-the-shelf honesty
  • Clear next step (build, DIY, or wait)

Hero offer

Custom process automation

From ~$1,500–3,000

Project · care often ~$300–750/mo

Kill one recurring time suck: missed calls, scheduling, intake, follow-up, or “owner as the system.” Scoped after discovery — not a fixed menu price for a process we haven’t mapped.

  • Process map → rules encoded in software
  • Wired to how you already book and hand off
  • Optional ongoing care after ship
  • MiniScheduler-style method — your bottleneck, not a SKU

Optional growth layer

After the bottleneck — not instead of it

Web, SEO/GEO, and content keep demand coming once the shop can actually catch it. We don't force a growth stack on every engagement.

Web design / revamp

From ~$1,500–5,000

Fast, trustworthy site for owner-operators. Supports the process — not a canned industry demo farm.

Local SEO + GEO

From ~$750–2,000/mo

Maps, organic, and AI-answer readiness — when the shop can handle demand without burning owner hours.

Content engine

From ~$750–2,500/mo

Posts and pages in operator language. Light to heavier cadence — fuel for SEO and GEO, not hype copy.

Clear prices. Custom processes. No catalog games.

We publish starting ranges so you know the ballpark before you talk. We don't sell one-size automation or invent a firm project price before we've seen how work moves through your shop. Free call first — then scope.

Common questions

What does “from” mean?
A published starting range — a real ballpark for typical local work. Final number depends on complexity, integrations, and how messy the process is today. We lock scope on the free strategy call.
Why isn’t custom automation a fixed menu price?
Missed-call recovery for a two-truck shop is not the same as multi-role scheduling with break rules. A single menu price would either under-scope a hard build or overcharge a simple one.
When do web, SEO, or content make sense?
After (or alongside) the bottleneck. More leads into a broken handoff just create more mess. Fix the leak first; then growth work pays.
What’s included in care / retainer?
Ongoing tweaks, monitoring, and small changes on systems we built — typically ~$300–750/mo depending on how alive the process stays. Scoped with the project, not a surprise add-on.

Ranges are starting points, not contracts. Taxes, third-party tools, and ad spend are separate unless we say otherwise.
